Arrival Check-In: Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late Arrivals: May result in a shortened treatment time. 3. Consultation Pre-Treatment Consultation: Discuss your preferences, concerns, and medical history with your therapist. Health Information: Inform your therapist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions. 4. Treatment Process Professional Care: Our therapists use high-quality products and techniques. Cancellation Fee: Insufficient notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid deposits. (100% of fee must be paid within 24 hours of no show or 24 hours of cancelation of appointment) 8.
