    1. Enrollment

    Registration: Enroll online or through our office. Full payment confirms enrollment.

    Non-Refundable Deposit: Required upon registration to secure your spot.

    2. Course Schedule and Attendance

    Timeliness: Arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

    Attendance: 100% attendance is required for certification. Missed classes must be made up at the student's expense.

    3. Consultation

    Pre-Course Consultation: Discuss goals and concerns with your instructor. Provide relevant medical history.

    4. Course Materials and Kits

    Provided Materials: Included in the course fee. Students are responsible for their care.

    Additional Costs: Extra or replacement items must be purchased by the student.

    5. Learning Environment

    Professionalism: Maintain respect and professionalism. Disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

    Participation: Active engagement in all activities is expected.

    6. Hygiene and Safety

    Protocols: Strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols is mandatory.

    Sanitization: Regular sanitization of equipment and surfaces.

    7. Payment

    Payment Policy: Full payment is due upon enrollment. Cash payments accepted for balances only.

    Payment Plans: Available upon request, must be agreed before the course starts.

    8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    Notice Required: At least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to avoid penalties.

    Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit and may incur additional fees.

    Rescheduling: Permitted with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

    9. Refund Policy

    No Refunds: No refunds for missed classes or incomplete courses. Medical emergencies with valid documentation may be exceptions.

    Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing and reviewed case-by-case.

    10. Satisfaction Guarantee

    Our Commitment: Notify us immediately if dissatisfied. We will address your concerns.

    11. Certification and Follow-Up

    Completion: Certification awarded upon successful course completion and meeting all requirements.

    Post-Course Support: We provide ongoing support and resources for your career.
